4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabrica® Studio is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or business opportunities
Service interruptions or security breaches
Third-party actions beyond our control

FAQ

DO I NEED TO HAVE A COMPLETE BRIEF?

No. A rough idea or simply knowing that something is no longer working is enough to start. During discovery, we clarify your goals, audience, requirements and priorities before defining the right scope.

CAN I HIRE YOU FOR ONLY ONE PART OF THE PROJECT?

Yes. Branding, UX/UI design, development, UX audits and ongoing support can all be booked separately. If you need both design and development, we manage them as one connected process from first direction to final launch.

HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST, AND CAN I PAY IN STAGES?

Every project is scoped individually. Before starting, you receive a clear proposal covering deliverables, timing, revision rounds and costs. Larger projects can be divided into agreed payment stages. Nothing outside the agreed scope is added without discussing it with you first.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER LAUNCH?

After final testing and approval, we launch the website and hand over the necessary files and access. Any included post-launch support is defined in the proposal. New features, updates and ongoing improvements can continue through a separate support plan.
